Dog Meme Coins Surge, has Elon Musk started a battle royale?

  • Elon Musk tweets about the same coins.
  • The tweet got many coin enthusiasts excited.
  • The price of many even coins increased with the tweet.

The meme coin community saw a brief increase in the price of some of their favorite meme tokens earlier today. To name a few, (DOGE), (SHIB), Baby Doge Coin (BABYDOGE) and BabyFloki (BABYFLOKI) all have seen their prices rise.

Specifically, the prices of these tokens increased at exactly the same time. Upon inspection, the cause brings us back to a very influential tech titan – Elon Musk. About 7 hours ago, just around the time of price spikes, Elon tweeted about a symbol claimed by many coin communities.

From this tweet, we can assume that Elon Musk is once again hinting that he wants to see the meme coins rocket to the moon. He followed up that tweet with another that read, “I thought about it and… I’m not sorry I partied.” This indicates the likelihood that he knows exactly what he is doing.

Remarkably, the price of DOGE fell from $ 0.235 to $ 0.243, according to CoinGecko. Likewise, BABYDOGE went from $ 0.00000000001497 to $ 0.00000000001554 and BABYFLOKI went from $ 0.00035842 to $ 0.00037228. During this time, the price of SHIB fell from $ 0.00002532 to $ 0.00002872.

At the time of this writing, the prices seem to range around these prices. Out of the same four coins mentioned, it looks like SHIB is showing the most bullish signals relative to the others.

Shiba Inu has had a pretty exciting week before, assets have grown over 217.7% during this time. It seems that the token is attracting attention from all over the world. Recently, another tweet from another personality sparked excitement in the community.

Of course, the original meme token – DOGE, might have some major announcements coming soon. Especially, given his recovery plans. On the flip side, it looks like BABYDOGE still has dedicated fans, despite their childish tactics to clear up the competition.
