Free Fire MAX, the new standalone version of Garena’s battle royale, will officially launch worldwide on September 28. Free Fire MAX will provide gamers with the same gameplay they experienced on Free Fire, but now with improved graphics and features. Think of it as a graphical bump for high-end phones where the best components can be tapped into to create a better, more competitive experience for gamers.
You can pre-register for Free Fire Max from today until September 27. Pre-registration is available on the App Store and Google Play. The game is free and so is pre-registration. In fact, players will also receive exclusive pre-registration rewards when the game launches on the 28th. So, no reason not to pre-register!
Free Fire MAX promises to give the player a premium battle royale experience. For phones with powerful processors and graphics, the same Free Fire experience can be achieved with many new optimizations. Players on the MAX version can enjoy improved graphics, features and also a brand new customizable map functionality in the app. Free Fire MAX will allow the game to take even more advantage of the phone’s hardware to render more realistic maps and make Free Fire a much more immersive experience than it already is. Best of all, these are features that are exclusive to Free Fire’s MAX counterpart.
I think what most people want to know is if they will be able to play with others who are not using Free Fire MAX. The answer is yes! The cross play between Free Fire and Free Fire MAX exists thanks to Garena’s Firelink technology which allows a cross play between the two versions. And you can play either version without worrying about losing your data. Just use the same account to log in and all of your account data including items and progress will be transferred instantly.
